Sales Coordinator - Meridian
In this role, I helped to exceed sales targets by over 2 million monthly by effectively processing RFPs and organizing internal/ external communications. I also helped with quotes, commissions, product research, credit checks, relationship management, sales presentations, customer set-up in CRM, sales analytics, and provided sales leads for prospecting.
2016 - 2022
C/S Lease and Finance Administrator - CDLSI
In this role I successfully built a department of 8 people from the ground up. I coordinated communications for c/s and other departments. Lease assignments were processed efficiently decreasing the average onboarding time for new assignees by 60 minutes. I also managed internal communications for department heads by creating presentations, writing bamboo h/r notifications, and creating templates. I was responsible for onboarding, training, and offboarding employees, invoices and maintaining the office budget. I managed customer retention through insurance tracking calls and I coordinated an e-billing system that reduced mailing costs by 1000$ a month.

Event Marketing Team Lead - Mosaic
I helped to successfully soft launch the Apple Pay and Toronto Star Touch App campaigns by leading in-field consumer research. I lead consumer activations and engagements for hundreds of people for the Toronto Star Touch App resulting in a deeper understanding of the consumers’ user journey. I also coordinated event execution for Toronto Auto Show, Canada Blooms, One-of-a-Kind Show, Toronto Sportsmen’s Show, Raptors, and Leafs Games by supervising the event, brand ambassadors, and contests.

I coordinated tradeshows, promotional materials, and employee incentive events.
I improved communication for the marketing team, by acting as a liaison for graphic design and marketing manager for all event and promotional materials. I managed designs for promotions, trade show booth layout, and event registrations. I also analyzed sales reports by identifying gaps in revenue and entered sales data into Sage.

I had the opportunity to plan and promote 3 full-scale events, an environmental conference, a gala, and a lunch-in. My team successfully raised over $12,000 for Breast Cancer Awareness.
